This beginner French course is designed for those with little to no prior knowledge, focusing on reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Over 90-minute sessions, students will learn basic grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, and practice present, past, and future tenses. The course also includes idiomatic expressions and cultural insights.

Mashid grew up in Iran, she attended a Francophone school and studied in Paris, France. After immigrating to Vancouver in 1989, she spent 30 years teaching high school French Immersion. She now runs Entre Nous: Online French Program, which emphasizes conversational French in a fun, supportive setting.
